Cutting and chamfering
plasma
Plasma cutting and chamfering technology is a process of thermal cutting of metals using a plasma arc. It is for all those who care about time and exceptional precision - it allows cutting any shapes with the highest accuracy
Stigal cutting machines using CNC technology enable processing an impressive range of materials - from steel, through non-alloy steel, colored materials, to independent materials. Moreover, elements obtained by plasma cutting do not require processing before welding.
Plasma cutting and chamfering technology guarantees
Maximum sheet metal sizes for plasma cutting and chamfering:
3,000 mm x 13,000 mm
Maximum thickness of cut sheet metal:
black steel: up to #40 mm
stainless steel: up to #35 mm
aluminum: up to #35 mm
Cutting and chamfering

The oxy-fuel cutting method involves bringing the steel to the ignition temperature, above which exothermic reactions of oxygen with iron take place.
Oxygen cutting is great for cutting very thick elements.

HULL CONSTRUCTION
We offer ship hull construction services using a plasma cutting machine enabling cutting with three shielding gases. The newly used technology allows the elimination of carburizing of burnt edges, which is very important, especially when performing non-destructive testing of welded joints.
STIGAL CUTTER
Our Stigal cutting machines are equipped with 3D heads, which ensures better quality of work and increases their efficiency.
