BT STAL is a dynamically developing company in the metal processing industry. As part of our activities, we provide the following services:

  • making aluminum structures,

  • making stainless steel structures,

  • prefabrication and offshore machining,

  • repairs of vessels,

  • plasma and CNC oxygen cutting of sheet metal and profiles.

Under our wing there are people whose active activity on the market over the years has resulted not only in a large number of industry contacts in Poland and abroad, but also greatly influenced the knowledge of the specificity and needs of the industry. New technologies

The STIGAL PROMASTER 3D controlled cutting machine with the CEBORA PROF 255 HQC plasma unit is an innovative controlled cutting machine designed for shaped cutting of sheet metal using the latest plasma and oxygen technologies. Innovative technical solutions guarantee the highest quality and precision of processed elements. This resulted in shorter cutting times compared to traditional solutions.

The STIGAL PROMASTER 3D cutter consists of the latest generation devices. It is distinguished by a steel running gear covered with a steel C-section connected to the lightest, and at the same time highly durable, ribbed portal. This solution guarantees high stiffness, acceleration and perfect reproduction of the shape of the cut details throughout the entire process.

Comprehensive services

The company has regular partners, thanks to which it is able to offer comprehensive services involving the construction, reconstruction or repair of self-propelled commercial ships or floating and mobile marine structures. Partnership cooperation gives us the opportunity to compete on the European market with other larger entities dealing in the construction, reconstruction of ships and offshore structures.
